CARNE ASADA

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Grass-Fed Beef Flank Steak

Marinade:

  •  ½ cup canola oil 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 
  • ½ tsp paprika 
  • 1 tsp cumin 
  • ¼ tsp black pepper 
  • 1 tsp dried oregano 

 Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.
  2. Marinade Flank Steak 20 minutes to overnight. 
  3. Grill Flank Steak on high, 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Tent with aluminum foil and let rest 10 minutes.
  5. Slice against the grain.

Serve with Grilled vegetables: Red or yellow Peppers and onions. Sprinkle with oil and salt and pepper prior to grilling. They can be grilled at the same time as the steak, if you have room, otherwise grill while your steak is resting. 

Serve with warm flour tortillas. Enjoy!
